About Us

Established in 1991 by President/CEO   Gloria J. Lowrie, PACE Pacific Corporation is a 100 percent Native American Woman-Owned Construction Firm and is built around its core values, PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE for CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE (PACE).

For 18 years PACE Pacific has been delivering quality construction services to Native American Tribes, municipalities, universities and private developers. The success of PACE Pacific’s project history and exceeding expectations through PACE’s core values, People Accountable for Construction Excellence; Trust; Cooperation and Understanding has help PACE become one of the largest Native American Woman Owned Construction Firms in the Southwest.

PACE Pacific proudly specializes in Native American Project Development and Architectural Decorative Concrete services.  Our focus and interest to Native American Project Development stems from Gloria’s heritage, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, and the importance of creating and supporting Indian Country‘s economic goals.  Our services page describes our approach and capabilities of integrating our knowledge and understanding with Tribal and Community project goals.
