PACE Pacific Corporation is a 100% Native American Female Owned General Contracting/Construction Management Firm with bonding capacity to handle any project. PACE Pacific specializes in new buildings, renovations, modular buildings, road work, and concrete projects. These projects range from $500,000 to $18 million per project.

PACE Pacific has well established banking and bonding relationships based on our financial strength. We currently have a $500,000 line of credit established with Heritage Bank. PACE Pacific has a bonding capacity of $20 million with a single job limit of $15 million. Services are provided to the private sector, the Indian Nations, and federal agencies. Established in 1991, PACE Pacific Corporation is a dynamic, emerging company.

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona, immediately south of Sky Harbor International Airport (currently the fifth busiest airport in the United States), in the Southbank Corporate Park. Our corporate offices included approximately 4,000 square feet of office sPACE with another 44,000 square feet of land adjacent to the office that serves as a construction yard for the storage of equipment and materials.

As a general contractor, PACE Pacific provides the procurement, contract administration, and project supervision required to accurately and effectively complete construction projects in a timely and quality conscious manner. Key factors that contribute to our success include: and experienced staff of construction managers, project managers, project superintendants, estimators, contract administrators, and quality minded tradesmen to complete any project acquired. PACE Pacific has numerous established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers that provide the required additional services needed to complete construction projects on time and within budget.

PACE Pacific holds a general building licence, a residential building license, and a general engineering license in the state of Arizona. PACE Pacific also holds a general business license and a street and road building license in New Mexico.

PACE Pacific employs highly qualified Cost/Schedule Engineers with a varied experience base in the construction industry and in various trades. These Engineers utilize state of the art computerized scheduling – Primavera (P3) and Sure Trak Scheduling software and communication systems which allow fast response in the project planning cycle including predesign, design, preconstruction, and construction phases.

To facilitate the design and contruction phases of the project, PACE Pacific provides estimating and budgeting services with our estimating and construction management department. By utilizing staff in depth from both departments, PACE Pacific provides a level of service and response that are not always available in other companies. Estimates are produced with a fully integrated estimating system. PACE Pacific can quickly respond to labor, material, and equiptment revisions to better analyze total construction costs. Cost models developed for specific applications can be modified from project to project allowing fast more cost effective planning on the front end of the project.

During construction, the project staff will be organized to most effectively manage the overall work efforts and the coordination between the owners, architects, and engineers. PACE Pacific follows a philosophy of placing highly qualified aggressive personnel interested in cost effective procecution of the work efforts. PACE Pacific strives to maintain a staff large enough to accomplish the job that does not become a large cost burden for the project. The flow of the construction project is maintained and monitored by Primavera Expedition project control software.

Project close out is tracked by an in house check list with all requirements such as as-builts, punch list, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, required owner stock items and owner training to help make a smooth transition from construction to owner occupancy.
